For damages found on the items upon delivery, please email to us your order details (receipt) together with picture proof within three (3) days after delivery date. Please provide us seven (7) working days to verify your report. Please note that damage due to human faulty OR incomplete exchange application (without receipt proof) will forfeit the exchange policy.
We would like to note here that if the faulty is from our end, we will take full responsibility for the exchange process in terms of delivery cost.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Kindly note that we only accept any change of mind cancellation (Refund) if the order has not been delivered. To complete your Refund Application, please provide us with the proof of payment to be processed. For orders that are already in the process of delivery or successfully delivered, we will not accept any cancellation (Return).
