We are glad to note that we do provide free delivery service to our customers should your total purchase is more than RM 500; for purchase below than that, RM 30 delivery fee will incur. We will deliver to your ground floor without any installation, unless pre-booked. Kindly note that our free delivery will take 7-14 working days and only cover Klang Valley areas as listed below:
Cheras, Ampang, KL, Selayang, Rawang, Kepong, Batu Caves, Gombak, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Puchong, Saujana Putra, Setia Alam, Puncak Alam, Sungai Buloh, Kajang, Seri Kembangan, Shah Alam, Kota Kemuning, Subang, Klang, and Port Klang.
**For locations other than stated above, please call directly to us to clarify on the delivery charges should we agree to deliver your order (we reserve the rights to cancel the order if the locations are other than mentioned above) OR if you prefer to self-collect the orders.
D.I.Y Furniture Malaysia are committed to provide high-quality furniture with lower price, hence, we would like to promote to our customers on ‘Self-Install’ policy. Definitely, all of our items only require a simple DIY installation.
At D.I.Y Furniture Malaysia, we would like to give confidence to our customers on our products through our 365 Days CareFree Warranty. Under our warranty policy, we will cover any required repair or replacement (depends on our investigation results) of the damaged items, except for faulty due to these reason:
a. Incorrectly installed/ stored/ placed.
b. Used inappropriately.
c. Abuse/ vandalism/ misuse.
e. Cleaned using wrong cleaning products/ methods.
f. Impact/ accidents.
Our warranty is not valid for normal wear and tear, cuts or scratch damages. Please note that the warranty is only valid with the presence of the purchase receipt.
For damages found on the items upon delivery, please email to us your order details (receipt) together with picture proof within three (3) days after delivery date. Please provide us seven (7) working days to verify your report. Please note that damage due to human faulty OR incomplete exchange application (without receipt proof) will forfeit the exchange policy.
We would like to note here that if the faulty is from our end, we will take full responsibility for the exchange process in terms of delivery cost.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Kindly note that we only accept any change of mind cancellation (Refund) if the order has not been delivered. To complete your Refund Application, please provide us with the proof of payment to be processed. For orders that are already in the process of delivery or successfully delivered, we will not accept any cancellation (Return).
